At Old Hook Dental we have many options available to you to help get the dental care you need or want. We aim to make dentistry affordable and accessible to you by offering many payment and financing options.

• We offer an in-house Old Hook Dental discount plan that is ideal for patients who do not have dental insurance. The plan provides access to routine care in addition to a cost savings on our regular fees. Please inquire with our office to see if we have an active plan we are offering.

• We accept payments in the form of cash, personal check, money order as well as all major credit cards - MasterCard, Visa, and Amex. In addition we are now accepting payment via Cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin and Ether via Coinbase. Payment will be calculated the via spot price of the chosen currency at the time of your appointment.

• Any of our patients pre-paying for their entire treatment plan in cash will receive a 5% discount*.

• Dental Insurance - Please contact our office for provider insurance details and participation (which may change from time to time depending on the plan); we participate in-network with a select group of dental insurance providers and are happy to submit to ones that we do not on your behalf. We look forward to hearing from you.

• As a service to our patients, we participate with and accept dental financing available through CareCredit®, the nation's leading patient payment program. You can visit the CareCredit website for more information on their services, terms and application process. Note : CareCredit cannot be combined with any other offers, insurance or discounts due to the high fees already collected by CareCredit.

• We deliver quality care to all of our patients and make many financial options available to you. As a result, payment is due at the time the service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you feel there may be difficulty, please discuss this with our staff prior to treatment and we will be happy to try and accommodate a payment plan if possible.

• Please note, any and all dental insurances are a contract solely between you and your insurance carrier. We are simply the provider of your dental care. While we are more than happy to submit claims and work with your carrier on your behalf, any fees charged for services rendered is ultimately your responsibility - regardless of your insurance coverage denying to pay a claim.
